Stanley Scheff, age 86, of Boca Raton, passed away on October 31, 2025. He was born June 22, 1939 in Boston, MA.
After preparing at Boston Latin School, Stanley attended Harvard College where he was a member of Leverett House and the Harvard Class of 1960 and from which, majoring in chemistry, he graduated in 1961 with an A.B. degree.
Of importance to Stanley were Marriage, Harvard, IBM and Judaism!
He is survived by his devoted wife, Hannah whom he married June 10, 1960; beloved son, Rabbi Craig Scheff H’86 (Nancy); loving daughters, Cheri Levitan (David), Wendy Scheff, & Randi Galron (Avi); grandchildren, Brandon (Jennie), Jessica (Erez), Shalhevet (Iftach), Maydan (Nika), Kellie (Gonen), Matthew (Debbie), Scott (Alyssa), Jason, Jared, Elad, & Yuval; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Evan, Hayes, Solomon, Hailey Starr, Mikey, Jamie, Emily, Mia, Jonathan, Eva, Leo, & Levi and brother Neil.
A chapel service was held on November 3, 2025, at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, Boynton Beach, FL.
