Ronald Stuart Luedemann, age 87, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025. Ron was born on July 23, 1938, in Denver, CO, to Oscar and Marie Luedemann. He grew up in Denver and attended St. John’s Lutheran School and South High School, graduating in 1956. He continued his academic journey at Harvard College where he was a member of Kirkland House, earning his A.B cum laude degree, majoring in history, in 1960. He received a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School in 1964. Later in life, his passion for faith and ministry led him to attend Concordia Seminary, graduating in 1999.
Ron proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1960 to 1962.
On January 27, 1967, Ron married the love of his life, Anne Ramsey. Together, they built a family rooted in love, laughter, and faith. Ron was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Ron will be remembered for his sharp intellect, deep faith, and unwavering commitment to his family, community, and country.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Joan (Luedemann) Euhus. He is survived by his beloved wife, Anne; his sons Bart Luedemann (Sheri) and Pete Luedemann (Melissa); and his cherished grandchildren Brittany, Becca, Emma, and Erin, Corey, Joci, Callie.
A graveside service for Ron was held at Bourland Cemetery, Keller, TX on October 12, 2025.
