Stephen Ralph Crespin

Stephen Ralph Crespin died 1/29/2021 in St. Louis. Stephen was born on 7/25/1938 in Cincinnati, OH. He prepared at Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati. As a member of the Harvard College Class of 1960 (and Dunster House), Stephen earned his A.B. cum laude, concentrating in the biochemical sciences, and, in 1965, his M.D. from Harvard Medical School. He was a consulting endocrinologist in St. Louis for more than four decades and an expert in the field of lipid metabolism. Stephen was also an associate professor of clinical medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. He leaves his wife, Diane (Franklin), and three children, Jeffrey B.A. H’88, Cynthia B.A. H’91 and Ed.M. H’93 and Margo B.A. H’84.
