Sheldon Arnold Vincenti


Sheldon Arnold Vincenti '60cl, J.D. '63, died March 31, 2010 in Moscow, Idaho.

After law school he spent four years in the army's intelligence and security branch, rising to captain.

He then practiced law in Ogden, Utah, for several years before becoming a legislative and administrative assistant to U.S. Representative Gunn McKay (D-Utah), in Washington, D.C. In 1973 he joined the faculty of the University of Idaho College of Law, in Moscow, where he enjoyed a career of nearly 30 years, including 12 as dean.

He was an avid Red Sox fan and loved to cook. He leaves his second wife, Donna (Smith), a daughter, Amanda, a son, Matthew '94, and his father, Arnold.
